What makes your approach to mental health counseling unique or special?
I incorporate Family Systems Therapy, whether for the full unit or the individual. This allows the client(s) to look at different roles in the family.
Can you describe the experience a new client might have during their first telehealth session?
We will talk about your history as well as what issues brought you to therapy. This is an intensive interview that allows us to get to know each other. You will also evaluate me to determine if I am the best fit for your needs.
